Every entry stores the time it happened and the time it was typed, plus who typed it. Nothing is deleted — corrections are added on top.

The child arrives
A teacher checks them in on the room roster. The record stores who checked them in and the exact minute — not the minute the screen was tapped, if those differ.

The day is logged
Meals, naps, diapering and photos go in as they happen, for one child or for the whole table at once. Each entry keeps both times: when it happened, and when it was typed.

A parent sends a note
Late arrival, someone else picking up, slept badly, gave medicine. It lands in the room as unread and stays visible until a teacher marks it read, signing it with their name.

Pickup closes the day
Release is recorded against the authorized person. Secondary guardians only appear on that list once the daycare has approved them.

The day publishes
After pickup the whole day goes out to Cherubloom Family at once — report, photos, meals. Nothing partial reaches a parent mid-shift.
