# Cherubloom

> Cherubloom is the platform daycares use to run rooms, attendance, staff payroll and tuition, and to publish the finished day to families.

## What it is

- Cherubloom is the account itself: enrollment, licensing details, the daycares operated and one consolidated bill. Used by owners evaluating the platform and admins handling billing.
- Cherubloom Room is the daycare app where the day is written: check-in, meals, naps, diapering, photos, notes, staff shifts, payroll, tuition and reminders. Used by teachers, floaters, the daycare owner and platform admin.
- Cherubloom Family is the parent app: the finished day published after pickup (report, photos and meals in one feed), plus tuition and pickup permissions. Used by parents and authorized guardians.

## How a day runs

1. The child arrives: a teacher checks them in on the room roster, and the record stores who checked them in and the exact minute.
2. The day is logged: meals, naps, diapering and photos go in as they happen, each entry keeping both the time it happened and the time it was typed.
3. A parent sends a note: it lands in the room as unread and stays visible until a teacher marks it read, signing it with their name.
4. Pickup closes the day: release is recorded against the authorized person, and secondary guardians only appear on that list once the daycare has approved them.
5. The day publishes: after pickup the whole day goes out to Cherubloom Family at once — report, photos, meals — never partial.

## Pricing

Daycare: $4.99 per enrolled child, per month, for everything in Cherubloom Room. The primary parent account on each child is free, included with the daycare's plan. Extra guardian: $2.99 per additional account, per month.
